About the Venture Builder

One of the key ways of achieving our mission is building our own companies in emerging markets through the venture building component. We have done that for a few years in Europe, and since 2015 we decided to focus mainly on emerging markets. The role of the Venture Builder in Ivory Coast is to be a factory of startups, and launch, test and grow new tech companies each year.

About the job

This job is part on the job training, as you will be learning from top growth hackers on how to improve your growth hacking skills, and part executing growth hacking and digital marketing campaigns for new exciting tech startups, tackling critical issues. The first batch it's focused on

You will be operating in a team of 3 - 4 people, with each person having a clear responsibility and expertise, in the areas of:

Business development and sales
Operations and finance
Growth hacking & online marketing
Product development

Profil du poste

Your key responsibilities:

(A) Growth hacking and online marketing

- Design and implement website/app analytics and reporting

- Lead performance marketing (management and optimisation for Google Adwords Search, Re-marketing, Video campaigns, Facebook ads Campaigns)

- Manage conversion optimisation (landing page optimisations, product onboarding optimisations, etc)

- Manage AARRR funnel optimization

- Manage acquisition and retention campaigns

Previous relevant experience with the job is recquired
